This warm and inviting 1600 sq ft luxury 2-bedroom plus sleeping den, 3.5 bathrooms, spacious townhome features true ski/bike-in and out to Orient Express and Morrisey chairlifts.  This three-level unit is ideal for enjoying four seasons of recreation whether it's a winter ski holiday, or a golf and mountain biking vacation.  We invite you to be our guest and look forward to hosting you for your getaway soon!

  • Ski/Bike-in and out access - The unit is located on the corner of the complex and is just steps away from the ski run and the units front door. 
  • Large private covered 8-person hot tub with nearby wine cooler and bar fridge and electric fireplace in ground level basement, making your private apres very easy and enjoyable
  • Heated tiles in the kitchen and all 4 bathrooms
  • Fully equipped gourmet kitchen: stainless steel appliances, extra-large coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot
  • Cooking supplies included: salt/pepper, cooking oil, spices, coffee/tea and hot chocolate, sugar, aluminum foil, saran wrap
  • Full-size washer and dryer, with supplies, included: laundry detergent, softener, dryer sheets and balls, laundry basket
  • Gas fireplace in main living room
  • BBQ and patio set on the main patio deck
  • 3 flat-screen TVs throughout the unit (one on every floor)
  • Variety of board games, puzzles and books
  • Telus Optic TV and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access 
  • Towels (separate ones for bath and hot tub) and bedding provided, all washed professionally offsite

Upper (third) level:
  • 1st master bedroom (sleeps 2) - queen bed, heated tiled ensuite bathroom with shower, TV and a private balcony with gorgeous views 
  • 2nd master bedroom (sleeps 3) queen bed, heated tiled ensuite bathroom with tub, extra sleeping nook for a child or small adult 

Ground-Level Basement:

  • Sleeping den (sleeps 4) - two deluxe twin murphy bunk beds plus a comfortable memory foam queen sofa bed; heated tiled full bathroom with bathtub on the same level allows everyone to comfortably have their own sleeping and bath quarters throughout the unit 

 

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING:

  • A professional cleaning company is used after every stay with extra Covid-19 precautions added to our standard procedures.

 

SKI/BIKE-IN AND OUT ACCESS:

  • The ski-in access from the East Village Ski Way on the Sundance Express lift takes you right up to the unit.  The ski-out access is steps away from the East Village Ski Way where you ski down to the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. 

 

The Sunburst Express chairlift for the lift-access bike park (for both downhill and cross country trails) is an easy 5-minute pedal away.  The biking trail network with dozens of hiking and biking trails across the valley is easily accessed from the unit.

 

In addition to direct access to the best runs on the Orient and Morrisey chairlifts, you are steps away from a vast network of Nordic, snowshoe and snowmobile trails, biking, hiking and horseback riding, and the kid's toboggan hill just across the street.  With restaurants, shopping and entertainment available in the main village a pleasant 10-minute walk away, you have all you’ll need with this unit in beautiful Sun Peaks!  A shuttle bus to the village during the ski season is also available every half hour.

 

Free guest parking within the complex is close by with additional overflow parking also available directly across the street at P5 (overnight parking fees may apply).
