3 Peaks Rentals – Winter Getaway Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

This competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Entry is only valid if all requirements are met, including a completed form, following @3PeaksRentals on Instagram, and mailing list subscription.

2. How to Enter:

• Entry is available in person at the Sunday Markets in Sun Peaks, BC, or via our official 3 Peaks Rentals Instagram.
• To be eligible, entrants must:
  a) Follow @3PeaksRentals on Instagram
  b) Complete the official entry form with their full name and a valid email address
  c) Subscribe to our mailing list at the time of entry

3. Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive a 3-night stay with 3 Peaks Rentals at Village Walk 15, a 4-bedroom luxury property in Sun Peaks.
• The property accommodates up to 10 guests.
• The stay is valid only for the set dates: Saturday, November 29 to Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
• Total prize value: $2,553.25 CAD.

Important Notes:

• The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value.
• It cannot be exchanged for money, alternate dates, other properties, or additional services.
• If the winner is unable to attend on the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited. No compensation or alternative prize will be offered.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be contacted via the email provided on October 19th, 2025.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
• The winner’s name (first name and last initial) will also be announced via 3 Peaks Rentals’ official social media channels.

5. Privacy:

By entering the competition, entrants agree to be added to the 3 Peaks Rentals mailing list and may receive occasional marketing emails. Entrants must remain subscribed to the mailing list until the competition ends in order to stay eligible. Unsubscribing before October 19th, 2025, may result in disqualification. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time after the winner has been confirmed.

6. Other Conditions:

• No purchase necessary to enter.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
• 3 Peaks Rentals reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition, the prize, or these terms at any time without prior notice if necessary.
