Suncatcher Penthouse is unique in its location as its building offers guests amenities such as access to Voyager Restaurant known as one of the finest bars/restaurants in the village and the luxurious Village Spa. It is also located just a 2-minute walk from the Sun Peaks village center.

-Newly designed and decorated.
- Master bedroom has a luxurious king bed.
-Three separate living spaces.
-Brand new smart TV's
-Brand new fireplace.
-The living room has 270-degree spectacular mountain, valley, and village views and a south-facing outdoor balcony, adjoining the dining area. -The family room located next to the kitchen is perfect for keeping an eye on the kids or just to relax and further adjoins another south-facing balcony with a large private hot tub and BBQ.
-Upstairs, the grand loft has a tri-bunk and twin beds and another large comfortable hang-out TV area - so handy for kids, big or small!
-The modern gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances including an induction cooktop, large wall oven, and plenty of storage. -A large breakfast bar/island exists with a separate cafe table and barstools together seating 6.
-Nespresso machine with a milk frother and an assortment of delectable coffee choices.
