Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access, a private hot tub, and a peaceful setting overlooking the 15th hole of Sun Peaks Golf Course. After a day exploring the mountain, relax by the fireplace or unwind on the patio while taking in the surrounding alpine scenery.

- 28-minute / 1.8km walk to the Sun Peaks Village
- Ski-in: Take East Village Ski Way onto the Orient Return, which leads to the Powder Heights complex
- Ski-out: Take the Orient Return to the Orient or Morrisey chairlifts
- Winter shuttle stop number: E5
