Welcome to Laker's Lookout at Powder Heights #12. A beautiful and brand-new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo.

Built in 2023, Powder Heights #12 offers everything: ski-in, ski-out access, upgraded appliances, heated floors, a secure garage for storage, and a large patio. We cherish all these features and believe Powder Heights offers so much more than what’s listed on a brochure.

It’s the feeling you get the moment you arrive through the front door. You’re at home and you’re on holiday. It’s the grand vaulted ceilings secured with large windows allowing natural light to pour in each day. It’s the stunning unobstructed mountain views overlooking the crisp, clear alpine. It’s that fresh mountain air and crystal blue skies. It’s the birds chirping while enjoying your morning coffee in the Jacuzzi and listening to the gentle crunch from skiers gliding down nearby. It’s the faint sound of children laughing in the distance and golfers putting about. It’s the complete silence when the fresh snow is falling and you watch the groomers doing their evening laps. It’s our views of the sunset every night.

We love the beautiful 15-minute walk home after dinner – we get exercise and lots of opportunities to stretch our legs and get outdoors. We love our private and uncrowded ski access – we even have a little unknown area to sled and take your kiddos on their first ski or snowboard. We want our guests to experience the magic, too, so that's why we poured our hearts and souls into this home. Every piece of furniture has been carefully chosen, every last detail has been thought of and we spared no expense to provide you with the most restorative and comfortable stay possible at no additional cost.

Location:
- 15-17 minute walk to the village; 3-minute drive with ample free parking around the village
- Free daily shuttle (November – April only)
- Ski-Out: you can access both Orient and Morrisey chairs one of two ways: 1) Powder Heights resident exit by Unit #30 or 2) Altitude development exit. - These chairs provide full access to all mountain runs as well as the village
- Ski-In: East Village Ski Way, Kia Ora, Ausfahrt, and Cześć will bring you to the Powder Heights resident exit

- Private 1-car garage with customized accessories to safely store all-season gear
